TERMS & CONDITIONS

I have read and fully understand all rules, warnings, safety guidelines, protocols and expectations set forth by The Clubhouse Softball Academy, LLC which is attached on Liability Waiver, which I have signed and attached hereto. I agree to observe and obey all rules, warnings, safety guidelines, and expectations, and further agree to follow any oral instructions or directions given by The Clubhouse Softball Academy, LLC, or the employees, representatives, or agents of The Clubhouse Softball Academy, LLC. The Clubhouse shall be utilized for softball activities ONLY. Any activities that could be perceived as non-softball activities must be approved in writing by The Clubhouse management. Should member fail to observe and obey The Clubhouse written and verbal direction, The Clubhouse reserves the right to revoke membership without notice and all payments made by member shall be non-refundable for any reason.
Instructors must schedule time at www.theclubhouseacademy.com. Instructors are required to
schedule time for members ONLY. Instructors will be invoiced on the first business day of each month for the activity from the previous month. Instructors shall have 7 days to pay their invoice. No refunds will be provided for cancellations.

The Clubhouse reserves the right to reject any application for any reason. All instructors are subject to background checks and appropriate training at the discretion of The Clubhouse.
