Membership & Facility Access

Submitting a form or inquiry does not guarantee membership approval.
Scheduling & Payments
All scheduling, rental commitments, and payments are subject to the policies outlined in membership agreements and facility rules. Scheduled time is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Participation in athletic training involves inherent risks. By using this website and participating in activities at The Clubhouse, you acknowledge and accept these risks. All participants must complete required liability waivers prior to facility use.
